For those of you wondering, I’m Dan O’Brien & I reside with my family in Dixon IL. I started tipping cues in 2003 when I was tired of driving an hour to get any work done. I’ve been a Machine Design Engineer for 20+ years, so how difficult can this be, right? Well, I’ll just say I’m not afraid to tell anyone my secrets because you’d be crazy to try this yourself.

Our son Tim passed in 96 after a 2 year battle with Cancer @ the age of 9. We buried him on his 10^th birthday. Nice party don’t you think. I think of him a lot, & the special talents that he had for such a young age. He is watching over my shoulder on every cue I turn. He was a very patient & meticulous child. Both of those qualities are reflected in his cues.
